Foundations of Joy:
an interactive wellness workshop
This workshop is designed to help give you actionable steps to overcome depressive tendencies or to help support loved ones who may be in the throes of a depressive time.
In this workshop, Dr. Pistoia will help guide you through how to best support yourself (or loved ones) during this time.
This is an especially important topic as we enter into the darker, winter days that can bring out Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
This workshop is for you if:
You are experiencing mild to moderate depression
You occasionally just feel down or blue
You have family members and/or friends who seem to be isolating themselves
You are a woman experiencing post-partum depression
You are are a caregiver or healthcare provider, like nurses
You’re recovering from grief or other life challenges
You aren't making time to take care of yourself
This workshop is intended to be interactive and engaging. It is for this reason that it will be offered in-person only. It will meet for 5 continuous weeks on the following dates:
November 5, 2024
November 12, 2024
November 19, 2024
November 26, 2024
December 3, 2024
Suggested donation of $15 per class.
Of course your attendance is preferred for all sessions, but we understand that life happens and that might not be feasible!
