Naturopathic Medicine

Whatever your health and wellness goals are, we’re here to help. Unfortunately, fundamentally, there is no “pill for every ill,” but when there is a will, there is always a way. As naturopathic physicians, we don’t see your previously diagnosed illness as complete, but rather a part, of your whole. Symptoms do not a diagnosis make, but rather, your body’s way of sounding the alarm to begin addressing its needs that have potentially gone ignored for some time.

In naturopathic medicine, we follow the therapeutic order, beginning with, “least invasive therapies first.” Unless everything looks like a nail, we don’t believe in striking with a hammer first (that could be deleterious). Instead, we work to optimize your body and its internal workings to help bring you back into balance, brushing off illness before it takes hold. Even if you have lived with a particular illness for an extended period of time, that doesn’t mean relief isn’t possible, your ideal support may just require some more time and effort. All goals have a beginning, a middle, and an end, and we’re committed to putting in the time if you are!

Working with us to help alter your health trajectory could include a variety of modalities, including, but not limited to, dietary considerations, lifestyle habits, and mental/emotional blocks.

Naturopathic Medicine Policies

Our providers are at various stages in their practice and therefore have differing fee schedules.

We require a credit card to hold your appointment. It won’t be charged unless you break your appointment in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.

*We have cash and check pay discounts available in-office.

  • We have decided to operate out-of-network in a cash-pay model. Our providers are passionate about giving you the time you deserve to be educated on all facts of your concerns - no shortcuts.

As for the wisest of our society, Medicare provides no coverage for naturopathic medicine, and for these folks we offer a discount for the inconveniences brought about by the federal government.

While our appointments range from 60-90 minutes, sometimes even those allotments are not enough. In an insurance-based model we would never be able to see enough patients to keep our doors open; its a sad, but true reality.

We do give you the paperwork necessary to submit to your insurance provider - however, we make no guarantees of even partial reimbursement, but many of our patients have reported at least some coverage.

Medicaid does not typically offer out-of-network benefits, and for these folks we offer a discount as well.

Naturopathic Medicine is an HSA or FSA-eligible expense.

Most big lab companies (Quest, LabCorp) are in-network with more major commercial providers, therefore your coverage extends to any labs ordered by our doctors.

  • Established patient of the practice? Feeling under the weather? Call the office and one of our naturopathic doctors will see you same day for about the cost of your in-network provider’s copay!
