Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) uses hormones that are structurally identical to those naturally produced by your body. Why is BHRT part of a membership?
Because hormones don’t operate in a vacuum—and neither should your care. Our membership model allows us to monitor your symptoms, lab values, and progress continuously, instead of offering one-off appointments. This ensures better outcomes, fewer side effects, and a treatment plan that evolves with you.
What’s included in the membership?
- 1:1 visits with Dr. Lyndsey Maher for root-cause hormone, gut, and lifestyle support
- Regular BHRT check-ins with Christina Lakomski, APRN every ~90 days
- Access to our clinical team and guidance between visits
- Serum lab panels every 3–6 months (covered by insurance or available at cash pay)
- Prescription management and hormone protocol design
- Supplement, IV, or detox recommendations tailored to your body
How long is the membership?
The initial commitment is 12 months, but the program is designed to be lifelong for those who wish to stay optimized and supported through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
Is this covered by insurance?
Serum labs are typically covered (we'll check eligibility and offer cash options if needed)
• Membership, DUTCH, BiomeFx, and provider time are not covered by insurance but are HSA/FSA eligible
Superbills are available after each office visit for submission to your insurance company for possible reimbursement
How much does it cost?
- $600 initial one-time fee
- $335/month membership beginning on month 2 (12-month minimum)
When will I start hormone therapy?
We begin BHRT around Month 3–4, once we’ve had a chance to review your foundational labs, support gut health, and build your resilience. Starting with the right groundwork gives your body the best chance to respond positively to hormone treatment.
Do I have to be in menopause to do this?
Not at all. We support women through:
- Irregular cycles
- Perimenopause
- Postpartum depletion
- PMS, PCOS, endometriosis
- Surgical menopause
- And women already on BHRT seeking better,

What if I decide not to continue?
You can choose not to renew after your initial 12-month term. We’ll work with you to offboard with clarity, safety and support.
