Payment & Billing FAQs
How does payment work to get started?
$400 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your initial visit. This deposit is fully applied toward the total cost of care. After your first visit, your provider will recommend the most appropriate care pathway. The remaining balance for the selected pathway is due at that time.
What payment options are available?
We offer several ways to pay for care, grouped below based on what best supports a smooth care experience.
Best Option: Pay-In-Full (PIF)
Pay-In-Full is completed at the time your care pathway is selected.
Accepted PIF payment methods include:
- Cash (discount eligible)
- Check (discount eligible)
- Credit card
Paying in full allows for the most streamlined care planning, with no interest or service fees.
Cash & Check Courtesy Discount
Patients who choose to pay in full by cash or check may be eligible for a courtesy discount. This discount reflects reduced processing and administrative costs. Discounts are applied at the time of payment, are not retroactive, and may not be combined with financing or in-house payment plans.
Better Option: Cherry or CareCredit Financing
We offer third-party financing through Cherry and CareCredit. Qualified applicants may be eligible for 0% interest financing for 6–12 months.
Financing is managed directly through the provider platform and is subject to approval.
Good Option: In-House Payment Plans
In-house payment plans are available only if you do not qualify for Cherry or CareCredit.
These plans include a 5% service fee, require approval, and must follow a defined payment schedule.
Can I upgrade my care after starting?
Yes. You may upgrade your care pathway at any time. If you add additional care after an initial phase has begun, prior payments are credited toward the new pathway less a care transition fee.
What is a care transition fee?
A care transition fee of $150–$300 may apply when care is expanded after the initial phase has started. This reflects additional care planning, scheduling, and coordination. Patients who enroll in their recommended care pathway at the time of the initial visit do not incur this fee.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Yes. Most patients may use HSA or FSA funds for visits, testing, and supplements. Please confirm eligibility with your plan administrator.
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network, cash-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. When appropriate, we provide superbills so you may submit them to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the personalized and time-based nature of care, fees are non-refundable once care has begun.
I’m unsure which care path is right for me—what should I do?
That’s common. Most patients begin with Foundations of Care. Your provider will help guide next steps after your first visit, with no obligation to continue beyond any phase.
